Are Sukooni candles really 100% natural?
Yes. Our candles are made with 100% natural wax and pure fragrance oils, with no paraffin and no harsh synthetic additives. That is why they burn clean and are made to be gentle: no headaches and no allergy triggers.
How long does one candle last?
Each candle gives you up to 30 hours of clean, continuous burn. With normal use, about one hour a day, that is roughly a full month of your favorite scent.
Can I check my order before I pay?
Of course. Sukooni offers Inspect Before Payment: open your order, check your candles, and only then pay. No surprises, no risk.
How is my order packed and shipped?
Every order is wrapped with care and packed to arrive in perfect condition, because we treat your candle like a gift. Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a problem?
We guarantee your order reaches you safely. If anything arrives broken or has any issue at all, another courier comes to collect it right away, and you get a brand new candle or a full refund immediately. No questions asked.
Will I smell the candle before I light it?
Yes. Our candles have a strong cold throw, so you will smell the fragrance as soon as you open the jar, even before lighting it. Once lit, the scent is even better: richer, clearer, and it fills the whole room.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (about 2 to 3 hours). This prevents tunneling and gives you an even burn every time. Keep the wick trimmed to about 5 mm, and avoid burning for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
Is it safe to burn around children and pets?
Like any candle, keep it out of reach of children and pets, place it on a stable heat-safe surface, and never leave it burning unattended. Burn it in a well-ventilated room and away from curtains or anything flammable.
What can I do with the jar when the candle is finished?
Keep it, because it is worth money. Send us 3 empty Sukooni jars and we will refill them for you at a bigger discount than buying new candles. So hold on to your jars for the refill and the bigger saving. Prefer to reuse it at home? Wash it with warm soapy water and use it for jewelry, makeup brushes, or small plants.
